Spoke to a gentleman that quoted moving gym equipment. Was told to call back. When I called back the GM stated they do not move this type of equipment. I'm not sure what changed but they need to get their internal communication situated. The GM didn't spend a second to ask about the equipment which is on pallets in a commercial space. I would advise finding a company that will take the time to ask questions vs. dismissing you in a rude way.

Had a stellar experience with Top Dawg start to finish. They arrived on time - in fact, 2 minutes early! - and were quick, careful, and professional. Special shout out to David who took great care to shrink wrap items that may get dirty and was very fast. Their rates were competitive and I appreciate that they don’t charge full hourly rate for travel. Was notified of every step of the process, including a 20-minute warning call and multiple text notifications.
